In this episode I cover the photo-based technique to create a 360 spin image. Not to be confused with 360 video, product 360s spin around an object and have become very popular on retail websites to give a sense of what a product looks like from all sides or ‘in the round’. In this video I show what equipment to use and how to setup an inexpensive turntable to give you a sequence of 24 perfectly spaced images. I even show how the completed 360 looks once uploaded to our retail website.
